Terms of Service

Welcome to FanReel (“the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and any related services provided by FanReel (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:

  • Upload or share illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App.
  • Use the App to store or distribute content you do not have the rights to.

3. User Accounts

To access some features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features or services may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • The pricing and billing terms displayed within the App
  • Automatic renewal unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle
  • That Apple handles all in-app payment processing through the App Store

We do not manage refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the App. However, by uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store your content, display it within the App for your use, and process it as needed for app functionality. We do not claim ownership of your videos or media.

6. Storage & Data Limitations

Storage limits depend on your subscription plan. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of user content caused by user error, device issues, or connectivity problems
  • Deleted content after non-payment or subscription expiration (if applicable)
  • Retention of paid features after subscription cancellation

Paid users will retain access to long-term or archive storage while their subscription remains active.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

  • Violate copyright or intellectual property laws.
  • Upload harmful or malicious files.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or misuse the App. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting support.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, that data will never be lost or corrupted, or that all stored content will remain accessible indefinitely. Use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data, revenue, or profits; or issues arising from third-party services like cloud providers or payment processors.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with external services such as Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare Stream (video hosting and delivery), Superwall (subscription paywalls), Apple In-App Purchase, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, and, if used for web billing, Stripe. These services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their actions.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting the updated version within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
