This Privacy Policy explains how FanReel (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Account Information: name, email address, password, profile details. You may also create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, which share your name and email address with us as authorized by you.
Uploaded Content: videos, images, comments, titles, descriptions, or any content you choose to upload
Subscription Information: purchase history, subscription status

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Device information (model, OS version, unique identifiers)
Approximate location (if allowed by your device settings)
App performance data, crash logs, and usage analytics
IP address for security and fraud prevention

1.3 Payment Information

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.
Billing information processed by Stripe is collected and stored securely by Stripe, not by us. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Allow users to upload, view, store, and manage videos
Deliver personalized features such as storage tiers or archives
Process subscriptions and verify account status

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Store & Protect Your Data

We use secure cloud services such as Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare Stream (video hosting and delivery), or other storage providers to store user-generated content and account data. We implement encrypted data transfer (HTTPS/SSL), access controls, secure authentication methods, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

4. Sharing of Information

4.1 Service Providers

Trusted partners who help operate the App, including Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare Stream (video hosting and delivery), Superwall (subscription paywalls), Apple In-App Purchase, Sign in with Apple, and Google Sign-In, and, if used for web billing, Stripe. These partners access only the information necessary to perform their services.

4.2 Legal Compliance

We may disclose information if required to comply with legal obligations, respond to law enforcement requests, or protect the rights, safety, or security of our users or business.

We do not share your data with advertisers.

5. User-Generated Content

Any videos, images, or content uploaded to the App may be processed and stored in our cloud infrastructure. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to store, process, and deliver your content within the App as required for service functionality.

6. Children’s Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us to delete it.

Update or delete your account information
Request deletion of stored content
Opt out of analytics where applicable
Disable permissions (camera, photos, location) at any time

8. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to external websites or tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of important changes by updating the “Last Updated” date or sending an in-app notice.
